The residence uses a septic system sized for a six-bedroom home. The owner requests supplemental portable restrooms or a restroom trailer for larger crews rather than placing heavy demand on the residential system.
Sound, privacy and practical considerations
The property is generally quiet, private, wooded and rural, with no visible neighboring properties. Normal minor animal sounds may include a rooster and ducks. Productions should conduct their own sound assessment during the scout.
