New Jersey Film Locations An independent resource from BLL Films
Property owners

Put your New Jersey property in the location library

Film and commercial productions need real homes, offices, businesses, warehouses, farms and unusual spaces. We are building a curated library of New Jersey properties whose owners are open to considering professional production.

Before submitting

Strong submissions include honest, current photographs showing the exterior, main interior areas, access points, street conditions and any production-support space. Phone photographs are acceptable if they clearly show the property.

What happens next

01

We review the submission

Photos and details are reviewed for visual and practical production potential.

02

We may follow up

We might request additional photographs or information before considering the property further.

03

You’re contacted before anything is shared

If a suitable inquiry arises, we contact you before sharing any private details with a production.

04

You decide, project by project

You choose whether to consider each specific production, nothing is automatic.

05

Terms are negotiated per project

Dates, fees, insurance, rules and agreements are negotiated separately for that production.

Submitting a property does not guarantee publication, scouting requests or bookings. Never allow production activity without a written agreement and appropriate insurance.

Submit your property

Submit the initial details below. We’ll reply with private photo-upload instructions, please don’t include the exact street address in this first submission.

See our privacy policy for how submissions are handled.
